Editorial Policy
How Erevtric researches and updates listings
This policy explains how Erevtric gathers electric motorcycle information, handles uncertainty, and separates editorial work from advertising.
Sources
We prefer official manufacturer pages, published spec sheets, authorized dealer pages, importer listings, homologation information, and direct seller documentation. Community spreadsheets and rider corrections are used to find gaps and likely errors, but high-impact specs should be checked against a manufacturer, dealer, importer, or build sheet whenever possible. When sources disagree, we either choose the most authoritative current source or describe the listing as build-dependent.
Configurable Bikes
Many electric motorcycles, especially factory-direct import platforms, are sold with selectable motors, controllers, batteries, chargers, brakes, and paperwork. For those bikes, Erevtric uses ranges and clearly labels claims as seller-provided until a fixed build sheet is available.
Chinese and Import Listings
Chinese factory-direct and importer models are included because they are a meaningful part of the e-moto market, especially for budget and high-power off-road buyers. These listings need extra care: specs can vary by seller, build configuration, battery option, and regional paperwork, so Erevtric labels them as configurable or seller-provided when a single fixed trim cannot be verified.
Seller Recommendations
Recommended sellers are chosen for usefulness to readers, apparent relevance, and buyer-safety signals. A seller recommendation is not a warranty, certification, or guarantee. Buyers should confirm the final invoice, warranty terms, street-legal paperwork, shipping details, and local registration requirements before payment.
Corrections
We welcome correction requests. To request a change, email contact@erevtric.com with the model name, the specific field in question, and the source that supports the correction.
Advertising
Advertising does not determine the specs, rankings, pros, cons, or seller-safety language on Erevtric. Ads, sponsored placements, and affiliate relationships, if used, should be distinguishable from editorial content.
